Urgent Opening for Territory Sales Executive @ Nagpur Location.

Position: Territory Sales Executive

Experience: 1 to 3 Years ( Fresher can apply )

Location: Nagpur

Salary: Negotiable

Working Days: Monday to Saturday ( Saturday will be half day )

Office Timing: 9:30 AM to 06.30 PM

Job Description:
Arranging appointments & Making presentations to dentist, hospital dean – (Coordination of the meeting, accompanying the ASM/West Head and follow up to closure), Key Person in the clinic which may include pre-arranged appointments or regular 'cold' calling.

Presentations may take place in Clinic during the day

Organizing conferences for dentist.

Building and maintaining positive working relationships with medical staff and supporting administrative staff.

Reaching (and if possible exceeding) annual sales targets.

Planning work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables. This may involve discussion on future targets for their region or area assigned with the area sales manager.

Regularly attending company meetings, technical data presentations and briefings.

Keeping up to date with the latest clinical data supplied by the company, and interpreting, presenting and discussing this data with health professionals during presentations.

Monitoring competitor activity and competitors' products.

Maintaining knowledge of new developments in the B2B pharma marketing, anticipating potential negative and positive impacts on the business and adapting strategy accordingly.

Developing strategies for increasing opportunities to increase the business volume.

Staying informed about the activities of health services in a particular area or region.

Compliance to field processes:

Follow all the field processes as defined
Daily / Monthly Plan of Doctor.
Doctor Coverage Core / Noncore.
Survey at the doctor level.
Doctor List updation as per requirement
Sync of daily call reports
Expense Statements
Coordination on mails & phones.


1-3 yrs experience in sales of pharma products.
Candidate must be good in communication, presentation skills and
should have knowledge on MS office.
Willingness to travel anywhere anytime
Likely to work in team
Able to handle pressure
Reach individual targets and earn incentives.
